Submission in the Bible

Bowing, kneeling, and prostration are all elements of the Muslim's prayer, and symbolize submissiveness and humility in religious devotion. Throughout the Bible, the notion of giving supplications (humble prayers to the Almighty God) is also strongly suggested.
